So this is their take on crab legs. I belive the base is some sort of mushroom. The mushrooms has a red tinge to it that adds to the "realness" of the experience. The mushrooms are fried and breaded and come with fries and dipping sauce. The mushrooms are cut in a way to resemble the shape of crab legs as well BUT the texture was horrible. I tried to bite into it and I felt like a dog witha. tope toy, shaking and pulling it back and forth. IT WAS SO CHEWY it took me forever to get through it. I tried another piece and it was the same. Would NOT recommend these at all due to the awful texture.
