I’m not so sure why I bought this, I cook besciamella very often with olive oil and wanted to try how it was with this, I think. But there’s not much difference.
I also used it for cookies, salty pies dough etc. it’s probably the best use for it, or to butter risotto. But I really don’t think it’s worth it (like any other type of margarine)
