I didn’t really care for this #burrito, but then again, as someone who dislikes most vegan cheeses, it was my mistake to pick up something so clearly labeled “nacho.” They do not play around with the coconut oil cheese, at all — there was so much of it. I also found the tortilla surprisingly tough, even for gluten-free. In all fairness, the prep couldn’t have been easier, and I liked the creamy pinto beans and chewy plant-based beef; I just don’t think that these highlights did enough to rescue the product as a whole.
