Yum! Yum! Yum!
Whenever you roll any food up to eat in a lettuce leaf, you know shits gonna get messy but this dish is worth it!
The rice noodles were delightfully squishy and the "meat" was perfectly accompanied by the herbs, pickled veg, pineapple and delicious sauce.
