I love this vegan cutlets so much. It taste and look really similar to the “real ham” but no animal were harmed in the process. This is the best feeling! I love being a vegan. So many yummy and healthy option in japan too. And i really like the taste. Served with vegan sauce and something that taste like sour sauce (look like mayo but its not mayonnaise). This cafe is really fantastic, good atmosphere and jazz music. Located in Ginza tokyo, one of the most elegant places in Tokyo. Thats why maybe this cafe is a little bit expensive but at least the food is great, big portion and kind staff. The place is called Komeda is and its a vegan cafe opened almost two years ago. I love it and i wish they can open more not so far from my home.
