A totally acceptable sandwich for grab and go, I had this on a train on the way to a speech. Sadly not much flavour and it needed more sauce as it was a bit dry. Very expensive sandwich but I appreciate the effort from Plant Kitchen (M&S) for vegan Christmas options with a festive edge. #veganchristmas

The m&s plant kitchen NY style no salt-beef on a pretzel roll is really good if you haven’t already tried it. The mustard dressing, slaw & sauerkraut is mouthwatering & that salt beef substitute is super realistic
