My children love this on their pasta salads or hot pasta and veg!! My son especially is not happy if we don't have it and the shop is out of stock!
It tastes great and you it makes no difference that there is no parmesan in it.
I highly recommend.
I would make a salad and put the pesto over normally Quorn or Heura vegan pieces whilst frying it in the pan.
