I purchased it to fit between the layers of lasagna.
It is somewhat reminiscent of mozzarella cheese but is almost tasteless . The texture is a bit chewy, like a flaky scamorza cheese.
For now the lasagna is in the freezer; I'm getting ahead with the Christmas menu.
