This jelly is super-simple and quick to make. Just boil a kettle and pour over the crystals and stir. They dissolve very quickly within seconds. Then refrigerate and leave to set. The jelly has a good texture and flavour. It’s easy to add things like fruit to change it up a bit and I’ve also used it to make a vegan trifle.
