I didn't miss eating sour cream, but now that I've had this product I've realized so many uses for it! I've been adding it to my chili, soup, and mashed potatoes. It would also be great in tacos, burritos, nachos, etc.
The texture and consistency is pretty darn close to your traditional sour cream! This contains #coconut and the flavor is definitely present at first, but after a while I notice it less and less. This product is mostly just fat and saturated fat, with a tiny bit of #calcium (4٪ daily value) added for good measure.
