
Nice alternative to normal tofu, but I honestly prefer the simple (and cheaper version). I generally prefer less strong taste and this was really salty in my opinion. I put half in a Bulgur salad with bruxelles sprouts and pumpkin and I mixed the other half with cooked broccoli and used it to season the pasta. I prefered the second version, because the broccolis "milder" taste fits nicely with the smoked taste.
