This was such a delish sandwich! Smashed avo on sourdough with a beautiful arrangement of veg, and topped with crispy onions- added a little squeeze of lemon for some ✨pizazz ✨ and that really made all the flavours pop. If you’re looking for something really fresh, tasty and healthy, this is the one!
