I really like the idea behind this, but it has a tendency to be a bit bland in parts, yet other sections of the wrap where the sauce is is lovely 🤷♂️

I absolutely love these, I bake them before college then wrap in foil to take with. Often spread some Smashed Avocado ontop and a sprinkle of Tajin. I've found there's an optimal end to start eating from, I go for the Scrambled Tofu as a beginning
