Okay now this is probably the best banh mi in portland at the moment. The garlic phish sauce rybs nestled in a banh mi loaf with fermented carrots, house kimchi, fresh cucumbers, jalapeños, cilantro, kimchi aioli, and fried shallots come together in flavor perfection.
