Ingredients: Sauteed spinach, onions, plant-based yoghurt sauce, red roasted african paprika paste on top, fresh herbs, coriander, salad, sourdough bread & red chilli pepper rings, dried mint-infused butter sauce. You can add 2 more ingredients: tofu, mushroom, aubergine, roasted potatoes. I added potatoes and aubergine.
It was really good. Well presented, fresh and tasty.
It would be nice to have more proteins as sides (e.g. hummus, sauted tofu, roasted tempeh) to complete the dish.
