It's fall and that means soup weather. I'm on a quest to find new packaged soups and so in the cart this went. It was tastier than the gardein minestrone I previously reviewed, but it probably helped that I added a dollop of my own chili. Sodium heavy like most canned soups, and could probably go harder on the actual tortilla part of the soup.
