Bangkok bowl al bamboo bowls - Ascent — Recensione di claire (9 nov 2022)

This dish consists of red coconut curry made with vegan ‘shrimp’ paste, brown rice, butternut squash, cashews and spiced mushrooms. The red coconut curry was creamy and it went well with the brown rice. Good chunks of oyster mushrooms given here. Felt that it lacked the flavours of a Thai dish.
