These croutons are incredibly light and buttery! I've kind of forgotten about croutons because there are a lot of non-vegan ones and I've stopped looking. It's nice that there is a delicious option at TJ's that's clearly marked vegan! The rosemary doesn't come through too much, but I really like the texture and will look for these when I'm in the mood for salads.
