Pasta Aglio Olio al Grecotel Eva Palace — Recensione di ambybevan (8 nov 2022)

A really tasty dish - however, I had to make it vegan by asking for it without cheese. This hotel is by no means particularly vegan friendly, unfortunately. The staff were happy to cater to my needs as much as possible, but there was very little room for them to be able to do so, as their vegan resources were scarce. For 10 days I ate a lot of plain pasta, pizza without cheese, roasted veggies and not a lot more. Overall I was quite disappointed and hope they consider moving towards a more vegan friendly future as it is a marvellous hotel in other aspects.
