Recently discovered these. I’ve been using them to make a vegan butter chicken substitute in my instant pot pressure cooker (I use less of these but add a cauliflower to the recipe too). I find them much easier than Tofu which needs cooking first… I literally toss these in. Great value and good texture. Will definitely be a regular purchase 😊
