Eggplant stack al Enso Cafe — Recensione di tiascaz (5 nov 2022)

Although this doesn’t look the most appealing, it was quite tasty. Had a veggie lasagna feel to it. A very herbal tomato sauce with eggplant and mushrooms underneath. Maybe need to work on the presentation but the flavour is there.
