I did not have high hopes for this because it has cauliflower as it's base and cauliflower is gross. But I grabbed it anyway because I haven't seen vegan tzatziki before and it was exciting to see that Simple Truth has a whole line of plant based dips. Unfortunately this was not good as expected. The taste was all right but it was a little too salty. The big downfall is the texture. It's a bit chalky and gritty and it was way thinner than I was expecting. This dip seems relatively healthy with the exception of having too much salt. I will use up this pac
kage for sandwiches, salad dressing and maybe a falafel gyro, but I most likely won't buy it again.
