It’s been a little while since I’ve drank some Newfoundland wine, but I’m glad I cracked open a bottle tonight.
I stopped at the Auk Island Winery in Twilligate, Newfoundland during my road trip in July. Its wines are made from a variety of berries, and this one is made from strawberries and partridgeberries. It’s very fruity; there’s no escaping the fruity taste. Refreshing, crisp and sweet. I’m glad a have a couple more bottles. 😊
