Really lovely! I love being able to sample different dishes so this was perfect. It's a sampler of all their vegan dishes, and there are a lot of dishes!! It's $22 and says it's for 1 person, but this would be perfect to split between 2 people or you can take home leftovers. I've never had Ethiopian food before, but this felt authentic. The bread (i think it's called injera) is basically used as the vehicle to get all the food into your mouth--it's got a nice spongey texture.
There were 10 different items in this dish. Some were made from potatoes, carrots, green beans, cabbage, beets, split yellow peas, split red lentils, spinach, collard greens, mixed legumes, and a lettuce mix in the center. I liked some way more than others but all were tasty and I'm glad I got to try all the main vegan options!

That looks so good! I've always wanted to try Ethiopian food but I don't even know if there are any restaurants around me.

This looks heavenly!
