Glad to find this Plant Power Tempeh from Sainsbury. It was quick to cook, took about 10 minutes and very soft and mixed well with stringless beans.
It would easily come for 2-3 servings for 200gm with a family of 4 when cooked with any other vegetables!
Unlike other brands i used earlier this was pure organic and tasted better, this would be regular buy from now on !
Sustainable packing with catchy green colour really represents the plant power !
