Their tofu offerings are always very firm, which I love. Just didn’t have much flavor. It’s has a lot of tasty ingredients, but the flavors didn’t come through. I do notice that their food batches can vary wildly from week to week. Sometimes spicier than others, sometimes deeper flavored than others…Inconsistent. I sometimes forget to try a sample before buying. #freesample reminder!
