These are my go to vegan meatballs and have been for years.

They don't get soggy or have too heavy a texture like Ozo meatballs (Ozo burgers and sausages are great, they're meatballs are too heavy though).

Texture and consistency is close to animal based meatballs.

Convenient to toss in some pasta sauce and let them cook for 15 minutes to get extra protein.
