I made this with Simple Truth Vegan Mince but I imagine one could make it with lentils, a baked potato, a veg. You could get quite creative.
Sometimes having a sauce that's already prepped allows to compensate and put more energy in to making a dish that compliments each other.
Convenience isn't always about being lazy.
Taste was on point.
Clean ingredients which is important to me.
Value was worth considering the above two points.
