This product is the great! I add it to many recipes and it absorbs spices and flavors very well. I find that the price is reasonable for me specifically, as I can spread the product throughout many meals in the week.
It has a really good amount of protein without the addition of gluten or soy making it a better alternative for people who may have these allergies!!!
