Excellent taste, the tofu is quite soft but can be cut up and almost holds its shape when cooking. I actually prefer it like that as it isn’t rubbery like some tofu. The packaging can be used to refill with water to cover the tofu and stand it up in the fridge. The taste is what makes it stand out.
