To be honest, I don't really know what collagen is for! I think it's for wrinkles and to plump/ moisturize skin, but there's no clear uses on the label and instructions are basically "use as needed." I do feel my skin tightening a bit when I use it but it doesn't last very long and visibly I don't notice a difference in wrinkles. I like using this on days that I feel blah but I probably wouldn't use this as part of my regularly skincare routine.
