The sausage was a bit tough, though in all fairness I didn't have a knife, so I was trying to cut it with a spoon. The tofu scramble was flavorful. The hashbrowns were ok. I added salt and pepper. My preference would have been less oil. The dish didn't look very appetizing to me, either before heading or after. Presentation is important. I like more color in my meals. All in all it was good - but overpriced, in my opinion, for the size of the dish. It is convenient, microwave for a couple of minutes and it's ready to eat. The tray is recyclable, the plastic film has to be disposed of.
