I’ve seen a lot of good reviews of this Knot cheese, but I can’t decide if I like it. It definitely melts a lot better than most cheeses I’ve had, but the taste itself? I don’t know. I think they labelled this incorrectly as well, the sticker on the back says this is supposed to be mozzarella, which it definitely is not. I prefer this one over their actual mozzarella variation.
I definitely don’t enjoy this enough to pay the full R75, but I might consider buying it if it’s 75% off again.
