
I came across this unique tricolor quinoa from Trevijano @BigLots and thought I should try it. I eat a lot of quinoa so like to try different types. It’s really good! I added onions and additional mushrooms and served it with spinach, roasted carrots, and this crispy tofu @frommybowl.
