The matcha fudge cake was a delight! Not as intense as the muffin but still distinct and fresh. Again the semi sweet silky smooth dark chocolate ganache works hand in hand with the matcha base to deepen the experience. I can distinguish the slightly beany taste, but that's probably because I know what's in there. Otherwise it's a like a perfectly dense fudgy cake. Just enough sweetness.
