Wild Mushroom Ravioli al Nourish Bistro Banff — Recensione di ani (12 ott 2022)

House made ravioli stuffed with portobello, shiitake, oyster, trompette and lobster mushrooms and house vegan cashew cheese; in a red pepper, garlic and lavender cream sauce. Served with herbed focaccia bread, strawberry garnish. It was an interesting mix of savoury and sweet and it was very delicious! My new favourite pasta dish!
