'Shroom Burger al STALK & SPADE — Recensione di Jono (10 ott 2022)

My usual go-to whenever I go to S&S. It reminds me of my fave burger growing up - mushroom-swiss. This burger uses smoked gouda instead. The arugula adds a leafy freshness that is a nice change of pace from lettuce or spinach. Lastly, the roasted garlic mayo is a nice touch - I'm all for slightly fancy versions of common condiments!
