The amount of effort that went into naming this dish 👌😂 Honestly this was a lot closer to a #jerky than fried #mushroom 🏋️‍♂️ It was served kinda cool, almost room temperature, as if they had forgotten to at the very least reheat it? It was off to be honest and definitely a first time having #mushrooms come out in such an in-between texture 🍄 It pulled well in some ways and in others it was just far too chewy to enjoy. The marinade was good though! Hints of #soysauce and I’d like to say ginger? It’s anyone’s guess 🤷‍♀️ If you do order it, perhaps ask about texture.. and if it’s meant to come out a #mushroomjerky 😅 That we can even consider #veganjerky a thing though? #veganisnotscary ftw!! 🙌
