Spelt flour is one of my favourite flours to bake with. I love it especially in muffins and cookies. I was realy excited to find these (almost) 1kg bags of organic AND veganic Canadian grown spelt flour at a clearance outlet for only $3 each. I don't know how much these woukd normally go for...
