🔸Tereza’s Choice-Tofu Rosso🔸
Inside there are 2 thick slices of tofu. They’re coated in this red marinade that is slightly oily and has a mild red pepper/tomato herby taste to it.
The tofu itself is the perfect medium-firm to soft consistency. It has a mild pleasant taste and not that strong weird aftertaste some tofus have.
So far I’ve only tried it raw on bread. I it was just like eating soft herbed cheese-delicious!
I want to try it baked as well, if I don’t finish it first haha
