Vegan Kumamoto al Hakata Ramen + Bar — Recensione di sophie (26 set 2022)

Dreamy ramen 🤤🤤 there are 5 different ramen options at Hakata, and they're all the same price (£10.95) so I decided to get the one that included everything in it 😋

Mushroom broth, noodles, wood ear mushrooms, tofu karaage, soya mince, garlic chips and burnt garlic oil all come together to make a delicious dish! I absolutely LOVED the tofu, soooo creamy 😻 interesting to include soya mince, nice but not sure how much flavour it added. Loved the noodles too, overall a very tasty meal. Would definitely go back! (Was SO full at the end too, thought I was going to burst 😩) #ramen
