Beetroot Ball al Sove — Recensione di xinru-t (26 set 2022)

Housemade spiced beetroot balls reminiscent of falafel, crunchy and firm! Not too earthy or mushy despite using beetroot. I believe quinoa and perhaps some beans/seeds/nuts are incorporated into the beetroot balls too. Served with salad and creamy hummus dip. Really love this a lot! Great side for sharing (might have to fight with your companions for the last piece), alternatively also available in the form of a grain bowl. (Allium-free, $7 / 5 pieces)
