These were part of a catered lunch and there was a delivery issue (unrelated to the restaurant as far as I'm aware) so these were pretty cold, BUT, they were quite tasty. The coating had great flavour and the cauliflower was perfectly cooked. There was a dipping sauce that wasn't vegan so I threw some cilantro on top of mine.
