There is 1/2 of a small clove of garlic stuffed into each olive! Fermented garlic is crazy good for you. I didnt like these nearly as much as the jalapeno ones as far as my tastebuds are concerned, but still good. I did not finish this jar in one sitting. 4 cloves of garlic was enough for me 😅
