I think the pudding is made with hazelnut. I find the texture to be a bit too thick and dense for a pudding. Pistachio bits aren't very crunchy either so I suppose it's not fresh. Taste was average for me, prefer their raw choco cake.
All of their desserts are vegan and gluten-free.
