Eggplant Tofu al Chef Kenny's Vegan Asian Cuisine — Recensione di VeggieAssassin (6 set 2022)

I'm a big fan of this tofu and eggplant dish ◻️🍆

It's loaded with lots of eggplant, onions, bell peppers, and big chunks of tofu.

I ordered takeout but the portion is so huge that I had leftovers for lunch the next day 🙌🏼💃

This was my first time trying Chef Kenny's Vegan Asian Cuisine and I will definitely go back especially to try the sushi 😋
