oh em gee!! got this Van Leeuwen Strawberry Shortcake Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert on a whim cause i’m a sucker for anything limited batch (especially when it’s dessert / sweets) and i am obsessed!! the creamy, dreamy ice cream has little swirls of oregon strawberry jam and delicious chunks of soft shortbread - you can def taste the cashew / oat base within the ice cream itself but I’m vibin’ with it, especially with the fresh fruity shortcake flavor!! wish there was just a tad bit more strawberry-ness but it’s still light and summer-y!! 🍓🍨🍰
