
This warm, toasty sesame oil provides the perfect finishing touch to a range of Asian recipes. I usually drizzle it on right before serving, and one of my favorite ways to use it is as dressing for a simple cucumber salad. Kadoya has been my Japanese-American family’s brand of choice for as long as I can remember, and the quality of the oil is consistently good. I prefer to purchase the large bottle, but for some reason the price per unit was higher on my most recent trip to the grocery store. Still, this smaller size will last me a fairly long time.
