Cinnamon Babka al Ben & Esther's Vegan Jewish Deli - Oceanside — Recensione di Tricia A (20 ago 2022)

I just reviewed the chocolate babka from this new location of a small chain of vegan Jewish delis and the chocolate one was much better. They have a full menu of bagels, sandwiches, soups all 100% vegan. I normally wouldn’t go for a sweet bread or cake but I asked my husband to swing by this brand new location (about 30 minutes from where we live) because he happened to be working nearby. This was what he grabbed so it could sit in the car for a little bit. Unlike the chocolate flavor, this one was very dry. I appreciate the creative vegan restaurants and delis and I heard everything in there looked and smelled delicious. I just wouldn’t order this one again.
