I loved this! We love getting carryout from Cornerstone. It's so close to Greg's and has been his staple for years. He always recommends the build your own salad! They have everything: sushi, fresh bagels, sandwiches, rice bowls, huge salads, wraps etc. You cannot go wrong. It's owned by such a nice couple and as soon as I walk in she knows I've ordered sushi, again.🤣
This had marinated tofu, carrots, zuhcinni, broccoli, cauliflower, white onion, and teriyaki sauce on a huge bed of rice! It's a huge portion for $10 (prices went up with covid) but it's still a really great deal.
